Learning Powers

At Cherhill we recognise Learning Powers as tools to help young people to become better learners, both in school and out.

The main aims of Learning Powers are to:

  • To teach pupils how to be effective learners
  • To create life-long learners
  • To give confidence in learning ability
  • To motivate people to achieve

Our eight learning powers are:

Concentrate

Don't give up

Be cooperative

Be curious

Have a go

Use your imagination

Enjoy learning
