    Cherhill school attended a Year 5 and 6 girls football festival. The girls represented the school brilliantly and had fun learning some new football skills.

  • New Play Equipment

    The children at Cherhill enjoyed coming back to school to find some new play equipment in the playground. The school council had helped choose the design which is now proving a really popular and welcome addition to our outside space.

    Year 5 had an amazing trip to New Barn in Dorset where they took part in activities to learn about the way the Anglo Saxons lived.

  • Year 6 trip to Govilon

    Year 6 had a wonderful trip to Govilon in Wales and took part in some fun activities including mountain walking, gorge walking and canoeing.

  • Quidditch Festival

    Children from Cherhill Primary took part in a Quidditch festival at Kingsbury Green Academy. They learnt the rules of the game and played really well in a mini tournament coming joint 3rd. Well done all!

  • Year Six walk up to the Cherhill Monument

    Diamond class had a lovely walk this morning exploring the Cherhill Downs and walking up to the monument. We had a picnic lunch, learnt about Oldbury Hill Fort and did some sketching of the different flowers we could find - and the sun came out too!

    On Friday 21st May FS2 had a special visitor, Malcolm the lamb. Malcolm is a 4 week old lamb that Mrs Marsh rescued. Malcolm caused much excitement with both the children and staff in the school!

  • Your Trak Daily Mile App

    This week we have launched the Your Trak daily mile App at the school. This App encourages each child to complete a 26 mile marathon in daily bite size chunks. Each child is rewarded with a certificate on completion and earns virtual badges as they complete 1 mile, 5 miles and 10 miles. Each class combine their daily miles to set out on a journey around Europe and the combined school miles means that we take a virtual journey around the World! Rewarding children for every step taken is fun and is helping us get them out on the track enjoying daily healthy exercise
